Principles

The members must answer a questionnaire established by LOVETERNITY that is based on people relationship, the daily life, the hobbies and philosophy of life.

All results of the questionnaire of each member are saved in the LOVETERNITY database.

Based on questionnaire’s results of a member, LOVETERNITY searches in its database for one or more members having the maximum number of points in common with the given member.

In the case where there are several possible matches, those matches will be shown in a descending order starting with the one that has the most points in common or affinity to those that have the less points in common or affinity.

Rules

1. Any partial or total reproduction of this web site is forbidden.

2. From the moment a given member has completed the subscription to LOVETERNITY web site, that is to say that he or she has his or her own valid user name and password to login LOVETERNITY web site, he or she automatically accepts all the conditions described in the General Conditions of LOVETERNITY.

3. The usage of this web site is strictly limited to persons of the age of 18 or more. We cannot guarantee however that each member if at least 18 years old and cannot be taken responsible for any consequences by such situation.

Personal Information

Each member commits to fill his or her personal information with sincerity and precision and answer all questions in the most honest way.

Guarantee

1.
LOVETERNITY tries to put in touch its members by providing to them multiple tools.

2.
For each members, LOVETERNITY cannot guarantee that there is at least one other member that will match with the given member.

3.
LOVETERNITY has no responsibility regarding the form, nature or duration of the relationship that can start between two members and therefore cannot be responsible if that relationship is not to the entire satisfaction of either one of the members involved in this relationship.

4.
Any relationship that ends up in a failure cannot be impute in any case to LOVETERNITY.

LOVETERNITY cannot be taken responsible for any interruption of its service or of the access to it due to reasons such as electric power down, internet hacking, or any other unexpected event.

LOVETERNITY cannot be taken responsible of any member’s personal information that would be retrieve and used by a third party without the consent of the given member.

LOVETERNITY do everything it can to give a service of quality, but cannot guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the information provided to its members.

LOVETERNITY cannot be trialed for financial loss or physical damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of LOVETERNITY web site.

LOVETERNITY cannot guarantee that the information given by a member during his or her subscription or during the filling of the questionnaire is accurate either because of the member provided false information or because of technical problems of LOVETERNITY web site.

LOVETERNITY cannot taken responsible for any member’s information (personal or not) misused by another member.

7.
LOVETERNITY is equally not responsible in the case where the member voluntarily provides information to a third party and that third party would use that information in an abusive way.

8.
LOVETERNITY recommends to all its members the highest precaution when deciding to continue with a relationship with another member and suggests to collect as much information about this member before going any further in the relationship with that given member. In that regard LOVETERNITY cannot be taken responsible of any relationship started in LOVETERNITY web site.

In the situation where a plaintiff member wins a case against LOVETERNITY, LOVETERNITY will reimburse the given plaintiff member the maximum sum for all cases merged together of what the plaintiff has paid in his or her first payment to LOVETERNITY.
